Az Computer Backups

A private utility for saving encrypted backup archives to an explicitly approved Google Drive folder.

Limited access, a specific purpose

The utility requests only Google's drive.file permission. It can create its own files and work with files explicitly selected for it. It does not request full access to Google Drive.

Backup contents are encrypted before upload. The recovery secret is kept separately from the backup destination and the hosted backup runner.

Information only

This website explains the utility. It has no sign-in form, file upload, account connection or access to backup contents. The utility is privately operated and is not a public backup service.
